Ocean Defenders is a 45-minute swimming experience, which invites all children age 3-7 to join Props and Goggles' on their Turterly awesome and important mission to tackle plastic pollution!
As we are all aware, the impact of plastic pollution has become a global epidemic, with a recent report by WWF stating that if we do not act now, there could be more plastic in the ocean than fish in 2050. Whether we like it or not, plastic pollution is a problem for humanity.
Props and Goggles new show aims to raise awareness and invite swimmers to work together to help combat this issue.
During the session, Ocean Defenders will learn fundamental swim skills, in a fun and engaging way. They’ll meet different characters, who will either aid or hinder their mission, which they must work together to complete!

What people say
Thank you for organising such a fantastic swimming event. The girls thoroughly enjoyed the session, especially as one is a budding environmentalist!
We (myself included) learned some interesting facts. It has also triggered a new found interest in swimming, and we will be signing up for lessons next term.
I just wanted to say thank you so much for today. My boys absolutely loved it!!
I loved the themes that you covered and the way in which you did it. It’s so original and so effective. Please do keep me updated on any other shows you do - we would love to come along again.
We had a fantastic morning with Lori and her team they were all amazing. The kids learnt in a very fun way of how plastic causes pollution in the ocean and what we need to do to try reduce use of plastic. Great event and keep up the good work guys 👍
